Hello,
I have a personality disorder and rheumatism so I am strugling to find a study that is good and alright for me. I really am wondering what kind of study I should take and cannot find an answer. Now I was thinking if God can call vocations can God also help the normal man without vocation to direct that man in a right path for what kind of study to do? Because I really do not know what I am suposed to do. For those that might want to help me in this topic. My intellect is average, I have a personality disorder which is called Schizoid personality disorder. Schizoid personality disorder (SPD) is a personality disorder characterized by a lack of interest in social relationships, a tendency towards a solitary lifestyle, secretiveness, emotional coldness, and apathy. I am a languid schizoid: Languid schizoid (including depressive features) Marked inertia; deficient activation level; intrinsically phlegmatic, lethargic, weary, leaden, lackadaisical, exhausted, enfeebled I have rheumatism. And I am above average in languages and analytical thinking. But weak in abstract thinking and numbers. Things I would like to do. Teaching kids about society/politics etc. Things with philosophy. I like to use my head. Thanks for reading this topic.

It may be, but I have struggled with what to study and have not
seemed to be "called" to anything. That depressive laziness is far too
common, I hardly ever feel motivated either.
Anyways, if you're weak in abstractions philosophy may not be a good choice. History (or education with a focus in history) would easily allow you to teach kids and would automatically include things about society and politics. You may also choose a language and interject historical/societal information in your classes to assist in learning. Maybe a translator if you find languages interesting. Is teaching the main interest? If so, much depends on your preferred level (college, elementary etc.). I wish you luck, being lost is never easy. |
